TM Scanner is a companion product to the Venue Manager & Theatre Manager CRMs -- all-in-one: box office, development, personnel, and facility management. If you have Venue Manager or Theatre Manager, the scanner software is used to manage entry into your venue by scanning printed thermal tickets, PDF tickets, or digital wallet tickets.
With this app, you will have full control of the ticket lifecycle from creation, sale, and attendance tracking -- as well as determining who did not use their tickets.
The app is a camera-based scanner, and it can be enhanced with Linea Pro scanning hardware for faster scanning and a more professional look (contact us to obtain one). Manual keyboard entry is also supported.
Your Venue Manager or Theatre Manager system must be licensed for the ticket scanning module in order to use this app.
